UrBzNET Terms of Membership and Code of Conduct
UrBzNET, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability corporation ("UrBzNET ") Terms of membership and Code of Conduct describe the expectations and obligations associated with membership in UrBzNET. As a condition of membership, all UrBzNET members are required to conduct themselves consistent with the UrBzNET Terms of Membership and Code of Conduct. Failure to comply will result in suspension or termination of your membership in UrBzNET.
- Members will respect and protect the intellectual property rights of UrBzNET, including any trademarks, logos and copyrights.
- Members will maintain high standards of integrity and professional conduct
- Members will be responsible for their conduct and behavior, the conduct and behavior of any new member whom they personally sponsor into UrBzNET, and they will always encourage their personally sponsored member to act in a professional and ethical manner.
- Members will practice fairness and honesty in all of their business practices.
- Members are not allowed to use their personal websites in UrBzNET to solicit, advertise, or recruit new members into UrBzNET or use their personal websites to advertise or promote membership in UrBzNET as a financial business opportunity.
- Members will treat all information furnished by UrBzNET as confidential and will not reproduce any material without UrBzNET s written approval.
- Members are not allowed to use material that contains vulgar, obscene or indecent language or images, on their personal websites in UrBzNET.
- Members are not allowed to use any communication that is intended to harass, belittle, humiliate, threaten or cause embarrassment to a fellow UrBzNET member.
- Members are not allowed to use material that defames or abuses others; including but not limited to, statements that are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive (hate speech).
- Members are not allowed to use material that depicts or discusses illegal activities with the intent to condone or commit them, including fraud, violence and use of unauthorized copyrighted material.
- Members are not allowed to use any communication that contains spam, including multiple copies in one area or the same communication in multiple areas and advertising or any form of commercial solicitation.
- Participation in UrBzNET is purely voluntary and "at will" for both UrBzNET and the Member. A member may cease their membership in UrBzNET at anytime by following the Cancellation Policy Agreement. See "UrBzNET Member Agreement" tab below, Section 13. Cancellation; Refund Policy. UrBzNET may cease the member’s membership in UrBzNET at anytime without prior notification. By accepting membership in UrBzNET, the member agrees to adhere to the Terms of Membership and Code of Conduct and the "UrBzNET Membership Agreement". See "UrBzNET Member Agreement" tab below.
